BELIEVE AND THEN ACHIEVE!

“Abundance is not something we acquire, it is something we tune into,” says inspirational author and speaker Wayne Dyer.  The way we tune into our world is through what we believe to be true about ourselves, about others and about what’s possible.

Have you ever marveled at a business or professional colleague who succeeded against all odds because they didn’t know it was supposed to be difficult and impossible?  They simply believed they could do it and they did it!

Dr Alex Loyd, author of The Healing Code, says “You do what you believe 100 percent of the time.”  When you really think about it, that’s a very powerful and revealing statement.  Although we may be influenced by our outer world, and often we agree that we “should” adopt a new behavior, cold call more, eat broccoli, follow a budget, be on time, we often don’t adopt the behavior, or if we do, it doesn’t last.

Loyd continues, “The corollary is also true: You never do anything that you don’t believe.  If you are doing something that you consider wrong or counterproductive, it is because you believe something wrong or counterproductive.  If you are doing something that is right or good or constructive, it’s because you believe something right, or good or constructive.”

Old beliefs are stored in our subconscious and we very seldom stop to look at them.  Old beliefs may have come from past experiences, what you’ve been told by others or your industry’s thinking on what’s possible.  But are they relevant to what you want to accomplish today?  Making business decisions from old beliefs is like running DOS software on our Windows 7.  Time to Upgrade!

How do you begin to change limiting beliefs?  Notice the results you are achieving and inquire: “What do I believe about this?”  If the belief is negative, limiting and outdated, reprogram it!  Consciously declare a new “truth” for yourself that is positive, affirmative and in the present tense.

Change your focus to what you do want for your business or your life.  As you change your focus, you will begin to see new possibilities and opportunities that were always there, but you weren’t looking for them!  A good example: A client was feeling that the program she was offering wasn’t valuable and that nobody wanted it. (Notice the negative belief at work here)?  I suggested she begin to find evidence for the value, to remember all the people whose lives or businesses had been changed by attending her programs, and she changed her approach and messaging to reflect the new belief that her offering was life changing.  Her next workshop sold out in 2 days.

Once you have established new beliefs, you ask the Universe for what you want for your company (or your life).  It’s important to state the “essence” of the outcome, such as, increased profits, innovation to meet market demands, the right people to do the job. The essence is what you concentrate on because there are many avenues for achieving the desired outcome.

Then make decisions and act as if the good were already delivered, and you will begin to attract the results.  Continue to hold on to the positive belief, even if things don’t “look” better right away.

The Universe will determine the specifics of how it will all happen and when.  It may take the form of an unexpected sales opportunity, a powerful idea that comes to you as you drive down the road or an introduction to the person at a meeting that can provide the resource you’ve been missing.

At that point, you need to be open to receive what you asked for!  As crazy as it sounds, sometimes we get so addicted to the struggle we don’t notice things have turned around and that it was easy and effortless.  We continue to struggle because, you guessed it, we “believe” it has to be hard!

Suggested Action Steps:

1.  Ask yourself and ask your management team: “Where are we limiting our business success by holding outdated beliefs of what’s possible?”

2.  Look at where things are flowing in your business and what seems stuck.  Think about what you believe about the aspects that are flowing, and what you believe about the areas that are stuck.  Could be very eye opening!

3.  Make a list of things you’d like to ask for.  Then ask!  Notice any resistance you have to asking for help, from others or from the Universe.

Robert Fritz sums it up this way: “If we limit our choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, we disconnect ourselves from what we truly want, and all that is left is compromise.”

Is there Room to Grow and Prosper in Your Business?

Springtime brings the excitement of growth and newness.

Many economic indicators are picking up, there’s more optimism in the air.  We need to clear out old leaves and dead foliage from our flower beds, and we also have some mental spring cleaning to make room for growth in our business and our lives!

Sometimes growth means expansion, bigger space, and more people.

Growth can also mean cleaning out and getting rid of what’s no longer useful to make room for something better, whether it’s physical clutter or mental clutter.  In The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity, Catherine Ponder describes a Vacuum Theory,  “Basically the vacuum law of prosperity is this; if you want greater good, greater prosperity in your life, start forming a vacuum to receive it…get rid of what you don’t want to make room for what you do want.”

What do you need to let go of in your business or your life? 

How about negative thinking, old beliefs that no longer serve a purpose, and “the way we’ve always done business”.  Maybe it’s toxic relationships or even customers who are not a good fit, who don’t appreciate your services or see value in what you offer. It’s time to remove the mental weeds like fear, doubt, worry, lack, failure, and self judgment.

Now that you have cleared the space, look for opportunities to nurture yourself and those around you. 

Plan an outdoor adventure with family and friends, dust off the hobby that’s been on the shelf and throw a company picnic. At the same time, begin to increase your Consciousness and think bigger so there’s mental room to expand.  Just like you buy larger clothes so your children can grow into them; you need to have bigger dreams for your business and your life to grow into.  Pull out your vision statement, your long range strategic plan and visualize what your life or business would be like if that vision had already come true.  When you can see, touch and feel that vision, you’re awareness will expand and you’ll experience synchronicities and opportunities you didn’t see before.

Spiritual Economist Eric Butterworth tells us, “Your prosperity will always be a reflection of your consciousness, the degree to which your thoughts are centered in the divine flow.  Success is not getting there; it is earning the right in Consciousness to be there.”

Is there a WHY behind your WHAT?

Perhaps my perspective is different than the general population. Perhaps I look at business, spirituality and profitability differently than the average CEO. Perhaps I am simply annoyed by people pushing their products, ideas, and beliefs down my throat. Perhaps you are like me and would rather do business with conscious companies and individuals that embrace the concept of living in a world that works for everyone.

Please understand here at The Inspired Business Center we do not condemn the companies that use outdated tactics and marketing strategies we simply choose to ignore their message and seek out more socially conscious and active organizations to financially support and partner with.

Not long ago during a planning meeting we began to consider why we do what we do. We started to compile a list and found that we do what we do simply because we love people. Now we also love business; we love the environment; we love collaborating; we love making money; we love serving an emerging paradigm of Spiritual Business practice; we love quite a few things and still the common denominator is that we love people. As we looked at the list we realized there were many more reason why we do what we do than there are things we do or even ways we do what we do.

All this introspection led to a chance encounter with a video from 2009. We had nothing to do with this video, and do we ever wish we had because is shares a simple perspective of how to transform a business from one that pushes itself down the throats of the consumers into one that is poised to truly change the way business is done.

The video was recorded at TedX Pugent Sound in September 2009. In this video Simon Sinek shares a perspective of How Great Leaders Inspire Action. I found the basic premise to be simple and yet incredibly inspiring. Simon asks us to always start from WHY. When you think about it WHY is an incredibly powerful or annoying question. Many teachers will tell you that WHY is an invalid question. Others will remind us that the answer to why is either I don’t know or because. In the business world why can be a powerful question if you have an answer. If you do not have an answer to this simple question now is the time to start considering your why.

Currently we are preparing a new project with our friend and collaborator Tom Zender. Tom’s a great guy and a truly inspirational leader. On a recently planning call we shared the why behind the idea for this project. His enthusiasm and partnership in this program was proof enough that our why would touch more than a few people. By trusting that the reason why we are building this is bigger than what we are building or how it will benefit you the project’s success is ensured.

The truth of business today is that more and more people care about why you do what you do rather than what you’re doing. It is all to common for a company to make a mistake, spill oil, fail to consider the safety of the consumer or just could care less about why you bought their product. These companies want you to believe that what they make is more important than why they make it. They want you to buy their products or services and would rather you do not know why they do what they do.

Spiritually conscious organizations however have flipped that coin and are now asking you to consider their values and beliefs, their why when evaluating who to support with your financial resources. We are asking you the same question. Do you know why your business coach does what they do? Do you know why your accountant or social media consultant is sharing their wisdom with you? Is it all about the bottom line, or is it about creating spiritual transactions?  You can rest assured that here at The Inspired Business Center we do what we do because we love people and we love seeing people accomplish their goals, desires, dreams and visions. We love supporting people as they step up to the entrepreneurial plate, or are seeking ways of creating spiritual environments in their workplace. We love people that are here to lead others through their wisdom and experience. Mostly we love people that want to learn, that want to be part of creating a worlds that truly works for everyone.

We love people so much that we would do what we do even if we didn’t make any money at it. Thankfully we do make money at what we do because people want to do business with a company that understands why they are here. How about you? Do you know your why? Which Shall You Choose?

We’ve been talking a lot about the new economy, how consumers are driving a harder bargain and demanding more from existing vendors.   How do you avoid having competitors “on the cloud” leave you “in the dust?”

In the midst of all the confusion and information overload it’s easy to forget that our customers have been loyal because we’ve not only filled their order, but fulfilled our promise for quality, service and solutions that work.

What else are you doing to retain your good clients?   For most companies, lead generation and business development are keys to growth and profitability.  But even more important is keeping the customers you already have and getting them to buy more!

How often and in what ways do you say “thank you”?  What are you doing to find new solutions to the issues your clients face?

Branding has become a significant marketing concept.  But branding is much more than a clever tag line or a 30 second elevator speech.  Branding should say who you are as a company, what you stand for, what you can be counted on to deliver and why someone should develop a long-term business relationship with you.

Take an objective step back and look at your marketing materials, ad campaigns, and website and determine if your message is consistent and if it accurately reflects the company you are today.

Does your branding reflect the vision and values of the organization?  Do your employees know the importance of that branding message in how they interact with your customers?  Your branding promise and your unique selling proposition should be reflected in your day-to-day operation, from the way your receptionist answers the phone and directs the calls to the delivery of the product.

I recently went to purchase a computer from a store which advertises low prices and quality service, only to learn that if I wanted to get their advertised low price, I couldn’t buy it in the store, but had to go home and buy it online.  After some conversation, we determined that I could go online from one of their computers in the store and make my purchase and then walk up to the customer service counter with the receipt and pick up the product…. A good example of running your customer through the ringer before giving them the price you promised!

Now, more than ever before it’s vital to pay attention to every “stakeholder”; not only your shareholders, but everyone who has a “stake” in your business including employees, customers, vendors, and your community.

It’s a good reality check to invite a couple of business people and consumers who don’t currently work with you or your organization to review your marketing materials, ads and websites and tell you what they perceive, and where there are inconsistencies.  Ask some of your current customers to rate their experience with your company against what your branding statement promises.

In Mastering the Rockefeller Habits, author Verne Harnish says, “The brand promise is the key factor that sets you apart from all competitors…it is the starting point from which all other executive decisions are derived.”

Spirituality in Business as Clarity in Business

If there is one thing that almost everyone can agree upon when it comes to spirituality, no matter your religious background or beliefs, it’s that spirituality brings clarity. The words spirituality and purity have long been synonymous. Spirituality can help to alleviate the muddle that comes with stress, and relax our tendency to overcomplicate our environment. When we struggle in life, when we feel lost, it is clarity that we seek. Spirituality provides such clarity in many emotional, relationship, and further normative contexts. Yet spirituality also has the ability to bring clarity into unclear and frustrating business contexts.

The foundation of business is communications. Deals, bargains, and projects are the result of an interaction between people. As this is where all business starts and ends, it only seems natural that clarity should be sought. While the multiple steps that go beyond the initiation of a potential deal are in many cases interwoven with such complexity that few can understand them, the initial steps should always be clear and concise. Within those steps, one should be able to find the motivation of the parties and their goals to be transparent and easily understood. There are deals where this is not the case, but I would state now that such deals are usually instances of one party trying to maximize their gains from the interaction rather than ensuring the best deal for all involved.

Why is this a problem? Well, business is a long term enterprise. The old chestnut of watching who you step on while you are on the way up, because you never know where they’ll be on your way down, is as true today as it has always been. Nothing lasts forever. Therefore, you want to create as supportive a business environment as possible for yourself and your firm at all times. You want to make sure that the continuity of your success is guaranteed through the high potential of help being there when you need it one day. Not to mention the fact that if both firms are trying to maximize their gains with respect to the needs of the other, a better arrangement over time will likely be found – reaping future gains that cannot exist without a continued and trustful partnership.

Thus the best business is always spiritual in the sense that it is clear and honest. It allows parties to minimize the time needed to do their deal, so that both parties can concentrate on other deals as well. It allows parties to develop a stronger network, sensitive to shifts in the marketplace – whether the changes are technological, taste-based, or event driven. There is always a selfish part to business – you can’t just go out of business or take a substantial loss in order to help the other firm. But the existence of this fact, having it out in the open, is as spiritual an act as envisioning the future benefits of treating your partners fairly today. While there are a lot of people out there trying to link business and other parts of the world to our spiritual selves through obscure and abstract theories, this is a very basic way in which good business can be seen as spiritual in nature. Not to mention the fact that business and spirituality are both ways of structuring our search for the unknown conditions that await us aound the corner. Here too, the greater clarity we can retain for ourselves, the better.

That Which Never Goes Away….

The past few weeks have been an exploration of the Visioning Process and how it can be used to serve the continual prospering of your business.  This week we look at how to keep the creative fires burning when you think you have hit a visioning plateau. The primary thing to remember is that what may appear to be a plateau is really an opportunity check in and see where you may be putting the brakes on the process.

Often when I present this idea to organization their immediate reaction is to tell me about how often they are Visioning and how they just keep getting the same thing. Time after time, no matter who is participating in the process these groups think they have stalled when in reality they are that sweet spot of finding “That Which Never Goes Away.”

The Visioning process is all about repetition, and a lot of it.  The nature of the process is that people can, and sometimes do, attempt to influence the outcome. Being humans we have a tendency to want things to go according to our often pre-conceived plan. Visioning has a built in system for preventing this from happening when you use the system as designed.  Now many will ask how a process that is a form of communicating with GOD could possibly be susceptible to human manipulation. That is a great question and the answer is simple. We allow people to record their own visions and tell us what they experienced. We have no way of knowing what they truly experienced and we must therefore trust that they are telling us the truth as they see it. This brings forth another aspect of sharing our vision. As humans we want things to make sense, we have an inner desire to make meaning from our experiences. We will use metaphors, similes, and figures of speech to explain what we think our vision means regarding the Visioning Project. Now this is not to say that people will set out to influence the results, it is just the way the game is played.

This is why the Visioning process must include the Compiling and Sifting portions of the program. Once your team has amassed several sets of Visioning notes they are compiled in such a way as to assure that which notes came from which people is impossible to distinguish. Once this step is complete the team comes together and sifts through this larger document looking for themes, or those aspects of the vision that keep repeating themselves. Those words, phrases, images, songs and so much more “That Which Never Goes Away” are the golden nuggets. These are what we are truly searching for. This is the Universal Truth shining through the human interpretations of the vision. Consider for a moment what you would do if 100 people walked up to you in a day and suggested you do something, or not do something you had been planning.  If one or two people made the suggestion you might not listen, or you might consider it a coincidence and pay little attention to the subject. However, at what point would you begin to think there might be something to the message you just keep hearing. The messages “That Which Never Go Away” are GOD’s words striving to be heard.

The people that feel stuck because they never get anything new are being called to take action on the “What Never Goes Away” aspects of their vision. If you’re feeling stuck, stalled or downright frustrated with the Vision Process because it doesn’t seem to be leading anywhere, or not providing a clear enough message for you to follow I have good news. The answer is to start taking some action. Once you do, I promise new images, words, and alike will begin flowing into the vision once again. In 2006 as I was stuck in the land of “That Which Never Goes Away”, I had been putting off taking action in regards to entering ministerial school. The excuses I was using aren’t important now, what is important is what happened once I said Yes. The day I finally listened to the vision that kept saying go to school and made a couple of phone calls to begin the application process, the vision for my life began to expand again. I believe the Universe wanted to know I was listening. Once I acknowledged, with even the smallest action step, I was once again able to experience a larger more expanded vision of my future.

If you have begun using the Visioning Process in your business and have reached the “That Which Never Goes Away” plateau I highly suggest you get started on something- anything- that is in alignment with those aspects of the vision “That Which Never Goes Away”. I promise that you can revitalize the vision for your organization or your life immediately by moving in the direction of the vision itself. Once you take the first step you will be amazed at how quickly the Universe begins to conspire for your good.

Are your Giving Thanks for the Holiday Season?

How easy would it be to write your Thanksgiving week blog on the topic of giving thanks, or just skip it all together? Who would be reading our blog on the day before Thanksgiving anyway? Would anyone notice if we just waited until next year to send another newsletter?

OK, that was a few questions, and I know many of you have either asked those questions or heard them asked by friends and colleagues.  Once we hit the middle of November it seems like many companies, especially entrepreneurs get stuck in doing what’s easy and what’s convenient to simply get through the holiday season. We completely understand how busy life and business can get during this season. We also understand you want to do the “right” thing and keep your company moving forward. There is nothing more detrimental to your business than skipping a weekly blog post or a monthly newsletter during the holiday season. How then can you juggle the demands of family, life and business? If there was an easy answer for that we would surely share, however we know every situation is quite different. We will however share a few ideas on how to make this holiday season something unique and potentially profitable for you and your business.

The holiday season, arguably, begins with that All-American holiday of Thanksgiving. Regardless of your country of origin the truth is simple. Thanksgiving has become a week long holiday for many. We begin to check out on Monday and Tuesday as we prepare to travel or host our guests. We continue by shopping on Friday and now even stretch the holiday through the following Monday as Cyber-Monday has become a prevalent aspect of the holiday. Once we return to work in December we all know we only have a few weeks until the traditional year-end break. As our workforce expands we must be sensitive to the world holiday celebrated within our company. We know that many of you have given up on a Christmas party in favor of a holiday party and that in itself is a great step towards expressing unity.

As a business owner you are being called to balance the demands of your business and the desires of your employees. Taking care of the human capital of your business is, in our opinions, paramount. Allowing for flexibility on your part during this season builds a sense of belonging within your workforce. We suggest you identify the people within your company that celebrate various holiday traditions and ask them to come together and determine how the office can be decorated in order to honor all faith traditions. These people may also look at creating a tradition, ritual or party that can honor everyone’s beliefs. We understand that during the holiday season there will be various demands by vendors, suppliers, and customers, yet business must continue as normally as possible. Everyone feels a little extra stress as they try to meet those demands and still plan for vacation time, shopping, cooking and personal celebrations. This stress can lead employees to make costly mistakes and perform poorly. We ask that you look at ways to provide outlets for that stress. This may be a an extra 15 minute break per day or a flex schedule that allows people to come into work a little late and stay late or come in early so they can leave early.

During our recent series on “The 4 Pillars of Spiritual Entrepreneurship” we spoke about Adaptability as an aspect of spiritual business. Now is the time to practice adaptability in a way that serves your employees and your business. Trusting that when you treat your employees, or yourself for solo-entrepreneurs, with flexibility, adaptability and spiritual respect is a form of giving that will return itself in increased loyalty, productivity and understanding for the needs of the business during this busy season. I have often watched as business slows down during the holiday only to pick up again in early January.

Looking Ahead???

The coming weeks are a time to reflect upon your business successes during this year and cast a vision of what may be in the coming year.

Now is a time to express your gratitude for the “Greater Yet to Be” of your business and rest knowing next year will be more amazing that this year or even what you are imagining may come.  Now is not the time to try to force more revenue, more productivity or more business through your organization. Any attempt to make something happen or force an outcome will simply add more stress to your people. Now is the time to look within and prepare for an amazing New Year.

Pillar #4 Faith and Focus

Today we explore the fourth and final pillar of our series. The pillar of Faith and Focus completes the four corners of our structure and is in my opinion the most import pillar for the spiritual entrepreneur. What is faith and how do we use it? It has been said that Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Thus, Faith is in some ways walking from the visible to the invisible. In business we have faith that our products or services will sell. We have faith that someone will not open a shop much like ours on the opposite corner. We have faith that people will spend their money. We have a visible product and we walk into the invisible world of sales and marketing.

Faith takes on many different forms within our company. Our employees must have faith their job will exist tomorrow. Our vendors have faith we will pay our bills on time. Our customers have faith we will continue to provide them with the goods and services they desire. Most importantly we, as owner, executives, and managers must have faith in the economy, local and/or federal governments and the quality of our products. Each of these aspects requires a slightly different form or style of faith.

Ultimately having Faith means we are willing to look beyond the worldly, materialistic view of our life, our business our world, and see something different. We are being called to see the world as we wish it to be rather than what we believe it to be in this moment. How often have you heard someone say, “I’ll believe it when I see it.” That statement is the exact opposite of Faith. Faith is knowing that, “When I believe it I will see it.” In today’s economy we are being asked to believe in the recovery in order to see or experience that recovery. If we wait until we see the recovery to believe it is happening we will continue to wallow our way through what appears to be a recession.

This brings us to the aspect of Focus. Our Focus must be on that which we desire to experience as the truth of our life, business, company, or organization. Another wonderful saying is, “What we think about is what we bring about.” If your focus is on how terrible the recession is you will get to experience a terrible recession.

Let’s look at an old business paradigm of the target market. Often as business owners we are told to focus on our target market. While this was once a wonderful concept I believe it represents an old paradigm of business thinking. As Spiritual Entrepreneurs we are being called to support the expansion of a new paradigm. This new paradigm is one in which all transactions are treated as a spiritual experience, regardless of the players definition of spirituality. Take a look at the target market concept from the consumers’ perspective. Would you rather be someone’s target or their ideal customer? No one wants to walk around with a target on their back; however we do want to be someone’s ideal customer. I believe that if I am your ideal customer you will treat me as a valued asset. Would you rather gets used up and thrown away or be an ideal form of support and growth for a company?

Taking a spiritual approach to business serves to reframe every aspect of our perspective, perception and thus experiences. The pillar of Faith and Focus help to complete that reframing of our minds that open our business to an entirely new avenue of attracting customers, fans, supporters, and financiers. At the Inspired Business Center we are teaching business owners, executives and managers how to bring spirituality in to play in their companies and organizations through Faith and Focus.

Hopefully you now have an understanding of the 4 Pillars and how they can serve as the corners stones of a spiritually based business. During the next three weeks we will explore the practical applications and share how these concepts work in conjunction to support your company or organization.

A Character of Belief

Last week we shared an overview of the 4 Pillars of Spiritual Entrepreneurship. As we explore each of the 4 pillars during the coming month it may help you to visualize each pillar as having a base which sits upon a foundation and a pinnacle upon which the roof of the structure rests.

Today we will explore the base of the first pillar: Belief and Character two distinct yet complimentary principles. Beliefs are the base building blocks of your life; they form the basis of your outlook and serve in establishing your internal map of reality. Although you might adjust your operations because of current events or other factors beyond your control your beliefs will always serve to shape your character.

How many times have you heard that the success of a restaurant relies on three aspects; location, location, location? This is a common belief system within the restaurant industry and beyond. However I have worked with restaurant owners that have done quite well in spite of what many would consider a poor location. If you ask them about this belief they will tell you it has nothing to do with their success. These successful restaurant owners chose not to believe that their location could adversely impact their business.

In today’s business climate you may hear many things from the media; we are in a recession, we are in a recovery, or we are looking at a double dip recession. Who should you believe? Regardless of which scenario you choose you will begin to, align your business and your operations with the belief you feel is most likely to come true, or is already a reality. The deeper truth is that we contribute our business’ experience of recovery, recession, success or failure based upon the beliefs we opt in to.

Hopefully we aren’t telling you anything you don’t already know. Yet how many of your employees know this simply truth? Do they choose to opt into limiting beliefs without your awareness? Are your manager, suppliers and collaborators subtly, not intentionally, sabotaging your business when they buy into the limiting beliefs.

All these beliefs lead to the development of our character. Simply stated your character is what distinguishes you from others. The question quickly becomes “Do you wish to be known as someone that follows the crowd or someone that blazes their own path”? I often teach that a visionary is one that makes their own way in the world without looking back to see if anyone is following them. How often have you heard people describe someone as a visionary? Your character is the out-picturing, the manifestation of your beliefs. Character serves to shape how others perceive you and whether they will follow you in business, honor your opinions, or even purchase your products or services.

Character serves as the pinnacle of this pillar as it is the higher expression of your foundational beliefs or worldview.  It is your character that supports the ceiling of whatever structure you own, operate or manage.

Building a solid and strong business requires not only the 4 pillars of spiritual entrepreneurship but a bedrock foundation as well. This foundation is your form of spiritually, religious or personal faith tradition.  Regardless of what label you place upon this aspect of your life the truth remains that you have been building your foundation from a very young age. The joy in this is that you can add to, strengthen and support your foundation through various means. At the Inspired Business Center we do not push any one faith tradition, but rather suggest you strengthen your own involvement with whatever form of spirituality suits you. We know a solid spiritual practice will strengthen your business as well. The beliefs taught and modeled in your place of worship can be an amazing example of how your beliefs create your reality and thus your character and support your business in turn.

Next week we shall continue our exploration of the 4 pillars by looking at how the pillar of Vision and Adaptability support the creating on your rock solid business and how you can engage others in the creation of the business you truly desire.
