Thank you for the Fresh Refresh perspective using F5 I never new that. Its funny but not a coincidence that I came across your blog. I have recently pressed the F5 button in my health and fitness business by utilizing brief meditation or communing with Spirit prior to during and after working out- turning over the activity to my Source and allowing the activity to be Spirit driven. The inner experience is incredible as are the physical results.
Thanks again for the fresh perspective.
